I had an emergency with my garage door on a Sunday night and someone gave me Jose’s number for garage door repairs. I took the chance and texted Jose Sunday, around 9:30pm. To my surprise and relief he replied !! Jose was so professional, understanding easy to communicate all the components needed when in stress . The garage door of my house was severely damaged by a tenant. As a new immigrant, I know nothing about the local situation. Just when I was hesitating, I found Mr. Jose’s contact information on Google Maps. His sincere attitude and practical explanation gave me a feeling of survival from a desperate situation. He came to my house and inspected it carefully and reassured me not to worry and gave me a very affordable price. Three days later he and his brother came to my house with newly purchased materials. I had issues with the garage being aggressively loud and had a company come out initially to service it and nothing happened, was still very loud. Called JL Garage Doors and with his knowledge recommended upgrading the old opener. Best decision!! The door is quiet now, the opener has new features where I can open my door with my phone, his quality of work and attention to detail is something subtle yet very appreciative. He was clean, called when on route, fast, and very polite. It was only right to leave a review for such a great experience.
