Me and my girlfriend got locked out of our car called J&L and got ahold of Shane who was able to go above and beyond to help us. Never in my life have I had such a positive experience with a business. He went out of his way to support us. He was so friendly and we are so extremely grateful to have stumbled upon such a hidden gem of a person! After we told him about our situation he made sure to help in the fastest way I have ever seen for a locksmith! He was so fast to get here as well! He was extremely accommodating and I wish I could leave 20/5 stars because he was that great! He was awesome!

Super quick! My tech Valeriy was more than professional and super nice he let me just sit inside while he worked his magic and had my key made and programmed in like 30 minutes really awesome experience would recommend to anyone looking for something quick and easygoing. Thank you again for all your help!

Jeremiah was my installer. I had a deadbolt that needed to be removed & a new one installed on my front door, plus a new door knob on my back door. He was just so wonderful I cannot even describe. He was very professional and also very personable. I think this company would lose a lot of business if they ever lost him, he is invaluable, and made a big impression on me, he went away, leaving me feeling very satisfied with his work and a happy finish to my day. I would definitely request him in any future jobs.

Javier helped me. Had to have several key fobs created. Great service. Communicated well. Showed up exactly on time. Reasonable pricing, and you really get what you pay for. Even came back out to fix my mistake at no additional charge. Really went above and beyond. Highly recommended.
