J&L gave the work we needed done to Semi Construction (Justin Millsap). Justin then promised two different times he would have the work complete by a certain date and both times didn't follow through... THEN I get a call from Justin saying he can't do the work unless we pay ALL of the money upfront!! VERY sketchy and unprofessional! J&L needs to be careful who they are giving work to!!
