I've owned property in Northwest Arkansas for twenty years. I've used JLCH construction on several occasions. They've done work for me on rental properties and in my own residence. Every single time I've found them to be trustworthy and easy to deal with. They finish when they say they will and, if problems are encountered, the let me know right away. Their craftsmanship is of the best quality. JLCH recently did a stunning remodel for me in a home we use as a higher end rental. We could not have been more pleased with the results. We constantly get compliments on the home. If you use JLCH, you will use them again and again.

I’ve worked with Jeremy and his company for many years—both as a client and as a landscape designer working in conjunction with him on projects—so I’ve gotten to see not just his fantastic work for me but also behind-the-scenes on his work for other clients. I I can say without hesitation that his concern that a project is done with the client’s best interests in mind is absolute, whether the client is in the room or not. He and his crews work very hard to build homes that are not just beautiful but are of the highest quality, and do so while remaining calm, focused, and pleasant to communicate with (worth it’s weight in gold during a project!).

I definitely recommend JLCH Construction. Jeremy and John did a total interior remodel of our house in Bella Vista in 2018/19. Their workmanship is excellent. We were living in Ohio at the time. They put us in contact with the right suppliers and guided us thru the process with helpful design ideas. We couldn’t be happier with the results. They exceeded our expectations.
