John got right back to us with a fair bid to extend our outside water line 100 ft to our barn. He and Steven showed up right on time and did a terrific job. We are beyond pleased! Highly recommend.

I called JLR Plumbing on Tuesday afternoon [Oct 7, 2025] after I'd walked into the laundry room and saw a quite unwelcome site on the floor: water seeping out from the hot water heater. Sigh. Instant (and obvious) assessment: another aging appliance that needed to be replaced. I ran a quick AI query (I'm an IT guy) for prices and service providers - i.e., plumbers - in the Spokane area. And read a few reviews online (mostly Reddit peeps lol) for suggestions and feedback. The first plumber I called told me he was booked for the next three weeks... and well, that wasn't going to work lol. (He said as much. Came across as a nice guy.) The next on my short list was JLR Plumbing. I called and spoke with John R and he said he could have someone out the next morning (i.e., today, Wed Oct 8)

JLR Plumbing saved our bacon! Super impressed start to finish! Actual human answered the phone and an employee arrived at our home within the hour. Steven promptly diagnosed the source of our plumbing issue and was able to schedule a restoration company same day as he found and showed us significant black mold. Steven was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and addressed all of our concerns in a way we could understand. Completely trust JLR. Thank you SOOO much!
