My experience with J&M COOLING/HEATING, LLC I had such a positive experience with J&M Cooling/Heating, LLC. Their team provided not only excellent service but also an impressive attention to detail with their cleaning work. The workers were very kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. What stood out most to me was how comfortable they made everyone in the home—including my dogs! My pets took a real liking to them, which says a lot about the way they carry themselves and the respect they show. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical skill with such genuine care and friendliness. Best service in NJ! I’ve dealt with many companies over the years, and most were shady with their contracts—never clearly disclosing replacement part costs, using flat rates with hidden overhead fees, and sending trainees instead of real technicians. J&M is the only company in New Jersey that is completely straightforward, transparent, and staffed with true professionals. They actually diagnose the problem and fix it immediately, no matter how complex your heating or cooling system is.

I give J&M Cooling/Heating my highest accolades! They did a fantastic job. I have an old house with no attic and desperately needed air conditioning t didn't want window units. . Mike came and looked at my space and came up with the perfect solution. I now have 2 splits that cool the entire apartment, upstairs and downstairs. It's very quiet, and I just keep it on the lowest fan speed Their crew, who were here for 3 days, did a woderful job and were very pleasant and respectful. They cleaned everything inside and outside when they were done. I miss having them around. I highly recommend J&M Cooling/Heating and would definitely use them again!
