JM Exteriors Roofing Siding

Juan and his crew did an excellent job with our exterior projects. We requested that they replace siding, add gutters, and reflash the chimney. The work was initiated within 3 weeks of our agreement and finished very quickly. His crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up promptly. We hired him again to replace more siding in the rear and replace some damaged wood on our sunroom. His crew faced unexpected challenges yet were able to complete the job quickly. The quality of their work is second to none. If you’re looking for great value and quality results, Juan is your guy!

Fantastic company to work with. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They are extremely efficient and friendly . They were very easy and flexible to get it touch with and communicate with. We needed our roof done. It had been 15+ years. They came out right away and did the assessment. After reviewing the quote and signing the paperwork they did the job the next week and had it done in one day! Everything looks amazing and they cleaned up like they were never there. Their pricing is very competitive and for the work and outcome we received it can’t be beat. We will absolutely be using them for future projects be it roofing, gutters or even a possible deck expansion! We cannot recommend enough!

We had a great experience with and highly recommend Juan and his JM Exteriors team. We contacted multiple companies and chose JM Exteriors because they gave us the best price and, most importantly, were very flexible and accommodating with what we wanted and when we wanted the work to be done including purchasing and waiting for materials and other services. They installed fiber cement siding and were also able to install the new windows, storm doors and house/window trim (inside and outside) that we also wanted to do at the same time. They came early, stayed late and worked quickly. Juan always cared that we were happy with his work and went out of his way to take care of all the small unexpected things that always happen. Our house looks wonderful now because of their work.

Juan and his team do excellent work and I highly recommend working with them! The JM team replaced our roof, repointed & reflashed our chimney and installed new skylights.
