I used Juan & JMC Construction on fairly big renovations for my condo and now for my house. I’m also in building and construction myself, but my business is in the Southeast. These guys perform high quality work and do things the right way 100%. The attention to detail is stellar. They also always protect the surrounding work area and home. I’ve hired them to do new floors, upgrades with new countertops and sinks, a new custom-built bathroom cabinet, drywall work, doors, painting, wood base, new exterior aluminum sliders and stucco, refinish and seal exterior door and frame, electrical work, lighting, plumbing and more. They professionally refinished a large wood built-in shelving and cabinet unit to look brand new. I have more work lined up for them! I cannot say enough good things about

Juan and his team are a amazing! They are the most professional team I have ever worked with. They did our kitchen renovation and it is beautiful. They were on time everyday. Juan went above and beyond for me. I wanted a specific quartz that was difficult to find, and he went to multiple locations to find it for me. He even met us at a couple quartz yards on a Sunday ! He has the most amazing cabinet and tile/quartz people . When my friends see the kitchen, they want to know who did it and I have given his Number to several friends. I highly recommend JMC Constrution and Renovation. Extremely pleased.

I was sick of using my friends recommendations for jobs so I seeked out my own team for a big project I need to do for a Gym build out. I went on craigslist and a bunch of other different types of services and came across this one and a few others that I received quotes from. When I first Juan one of the team members it was a great experience from the start because he was very easy to talk to he always helped with suggestions and then the following days always showed up on time to quality work with very fair prices and always helped you make the best of your budget. Now since I’ve been trying to gather my own team for sometime I’m gonna stick with these guys because they do a great job. I highly recommend these guys can do it all !!!

Juan and his team were great! We are very happy with their work. They always arrived on time and went straight to work. Juan was easy going and answered all of my questions with patience. We will use them again for any future work on the house.

We used JMC to paint the exterior of house and make repairs to the exterior. They did a great job, everyone was very nice and professional. House looks awesome.
