We had the great pleasure of working with JMD Quality Construction and could not be more impressed. We are extremely impressed with their level of professionalism. We worked with David and JMD for about 2 years to build. The permits took about as long as the building. We were 800+ miles north, which made the process hard. We would visit anytime we had a chance, which was never enough, but David kept us up to date constantly, sending us pictures and reviewing the budget. We are completely satisfied with the house, and consider ourselves lucky to have been introduced to David and Jack to build our dream home!!

JMD built my parent’s custom home and did an amazing job! Very detail oriented and high quality work. I’m working with them on some other projects and can’t say enough about how easy it is to work with Dave. Highly recommend!

JMD (David, Jack, and their expansive crew) worked on a large scope project for us to modernize the back of the house, install a very large accordion sliding doors, remove load-bearing beams, modernize the kitchen with new Granite countertops, install a California-style center island, modernize three bathrooms, paint the interior of the entire house, etc. Although the project from sign to close took longer than initially expected (due to COVID-19 and other contracting and material suppliers), working with JMD Quality Construction crew and subcontractors is very pleasant. They are attentive to details; Quality is the key words here. Thank you, David, and a million thanks to Jack (Jacek). You made the long journey worthwhile, and we are incredibly happy about the outcome. We highly recommend

We hired Dawid and his company to install a new paver patio. He is very easy to work with and has great design ideas. He guided us to achieving our dream patio. His crew worked tirelessly to complete the majority of work in just 3 days. He promptly answered any texts or calls and was up front with timing and prices. We would highly recommended his company and will use them for future projects!
