Josh is an excellent contractor. He completed the project quickly and beautifully. We had a sagging ceiling due to excessive weight on the top floor. Josh came in and put together a support system that solved the problem! He replaced the drywall and re-textured the wall and ceiling to look almost identical to the old texture, you cannot tell the difference.
