Was coming down from NY to quickly fix up my aging mothers place to sell. I was on a tight timeline and only had a few days to be in FL. The JMI crew from Michael to Sherlock were all very professional and an huge help. They were able to work with my timeline and allow me to pick carpet over the phone. The installer was also great and fast. Carpet came out great. Couldn’t be happier with those team. Highly recommend them.

I hired JMI from a recommendation of a friend and boy did they do a fantastic job. From the time that Josh & Bob came out to my house to do my estimate appointment, to their office staff being so patient with me and being so indecisive in what I wanted for selections. They communicated with me every step of the way and helped me to fully understand the process of my remodel. I am left with an absolutely gorgeous finished product. I could not be happier with JMI. Shotty work at best. I bought a new build less than two years ago and have since noticed quite a few things. The ducting isn’t ran correctly, which causes one room in the house to be ice cold or blazing hot depending on time of year (it’s only an 1100 sq ft house). Trim missing in places, windows installed and obviously crooked, not level. Sealing missing around windows when first moved in. Grout in master bathroom shower cracked floor to ceiling in less than a year. Paint missing in corners where they laid trim without painting. Cracks in ceiling on load bearing wall and corners. Yard clearly not leveled (can’t mow without hitting high spots and low spots where water piles up). Massive gap under driveway that they just “fixed” with sand and threw a piece of sod back over the side. Drivewa

Unfortunately I chose JMI on a recommendation from a stranger who lived near me. They did not do the job correctly. Left me in a real mess. They didn’t complete the job and I had to call in another person to fix their half-baked work. AFTER I paid them $10,000. But they sure took the money. I do not EVER recommend them when asked my opinion.
