JMI Windows & Doors

Worst experience ever. We used JMI about a year ago to install 12 windows on our house and had a good experience. We had plans to do something else to our house so didn’t replace three of the 15 windows in our house but those plants fell through so we decided to go ahead and replace the remaining three windows and replace our two entry doors. Because I had a good experience with AMI the first time we figured we’d just use them again. I didn’t even get a second or third bed. That was a mistake. I don’t know what’s going on in the last year with this company but it’s completely gone downhill . The experience has been nothing but horrendous. The customer service has been atrocious. Lack of communication. We paid $8277 for three windows and two doors are being installed When they came on 1/28

JMI handled a large door project for us and absolutely nailed it from start to finish. Luke made the estimate process simple and straightforward, which we really appreciated. Mikayla did an excellent job coordinating everything and kept the entire project running smoothly. We also received several compliments from tenants about Ben’s team and Blake. We heard they handled themselves in a professional, respectful way that made life easy for everyone. Overall, it was a great experience working with them.

I had my windows installed, including a double glass door, and all of the installers were respectful of my property and did an excellent job with the installation. I selected JMI Windows because the price was great without compromising quality. I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience from start to finish replacing my Hurricane entry door. From the team at the office (Jane is awesome!) to the install team (Irivin's crew is the best!) I always felt informed of the next steps, and the team was clear with pricing, dates, etc. They were always on time and made it easy. Highly recommend JMI to replace windows and doors. They were professional and friendly every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout the entire process. The new impact windows and doors that were installed are high quality and make a huge difference with keeping heat and sound out of the house. Team Ben did an amazing job installing everything while keeping us updated through the install process and making sure everything was working properly and made sure everything was all cleaned up before leaving.
