We called this plumber to help us with my parents plumbing twice the first time they didn't come or call us and let us know they wasn't coming and so my husband had to call them . And the second time we called and the lady told my husband she have to see who was on duty that day again she never called us . So today my husband called again for the third time and guess what they didn't show up and my husband had to call them again and get this they couldn't come because of the weather . Please so I called another plumber H&R Plumber and they came in no time # I was Lucky they just finished a job and was on there way home but they still came in the rain to help us. So let's just say we will not be calling or recommended this plumber to no one ! Guess who we be calling now on you got it H & R
