JMP Wood

One of the best part stores for stairs! They have everything you need. Customer service is A+. Shout out to Mike (both of them) in the back that helped me when I was frustrated after driving an hour for parts (and being told they may not have). They went out of their way to make sure I left happy. Only recommendation I have for the business is to make it more clear what they have in stock. I understand stock changes in realtime but this will save people lots and lots of time.

Ordered some balusters over a week ago.I was missing 4 pieces, called their customer service and was transferred to their Resolutions departments.They quickly looked into the problem and replacements were out the same day. Reading all the old reviews i was doubtful about my replacements but the Rep said they started this new department dedicated to helping customer with resolving any issues. Good initiative from JMP, will order again

I can’t say enough positive things about JMP Wood. They are so professional, kind, and caring, especially Mike. He is such a nice guy. I made an error on my order and he did everything he could to help me. I will forever be grateful. Definitely recommend! The quality of their products is also amazing, I LOVE my railings and posts. 5 out of 5.

JMP Wood has been such a pleasure to work with. Sharise with the customer care team was so helpful with creating my order and cancelling an order that I had inadvertently created. She followed up once the new order was created and has been keeping me in the loop of the status of the railings. I had more complex question about railing specifications and Sharise connected me with Kevin. He too was also helpful with the specific pieces of the railing that needed to be ordered so that I could have exactly what was necessary to achieve the Waterfall ending on the railing. I highly recommend this company!
