They are honest, knowledgeable, courteous and professional, reasonable in pricing, and very eager to make the customer feel confident and satisfied through the entire process. I got several quotes from different AC businesses in the area for a new 5 ton system. I liked John and Randy right away. They took the time to look at my system, even going into the attic to see if I had any leaks! John helped explain different system options! I got an upgraded 2 stage system, quickly, and at a great price. John, Randy and the team that installed were so respectful and careful, even sweeping up the garage after! I recently recommended them to my friends right before they were going to go with another company to fix an AC in their spare guestroom suite. They told me they were happy I mentioned JMR and ended up going with them instead. Definitely give the a call!

We purchased an AC unit and a dehumidifier from JMR. The unit has failed and we are snowbirds. We have called and called with no response. They are great when they sell you and install the units but horrible on service and follow up.

JMR Max is the real deal. They are knowledgeable, honest, dependable and they look out for their customers. They also had better prices than the competition! Chris and the guys were on time, and under budget. They serviced my old system and when it finally died 2 years later, they hooked me up with a new system, ducting and thermostat and it is awesome. It’s so cold I’ve got penguins ice skating in the house. The guys at JMR max live here in the community and treat people awesome. 10/10 for JMR Max.
