They are a total concierge service and they handled the permits with the local government as well as arranging the inspection that needed to take place after the work was completed. They also did the work in half the time they had originally said it would take that I was even able to keep my regularly scheduled doctor's appointment. JMS Electric is absolutely amazing. We’ve used them several times over the past few months for different projects, including the installation of a new hot tub. Every experience has been outstanding—efficient, professional, and the quality of work has exceeded my expectations every time. Today, however, they set a whole new standard. Our power went out and our Generac generator failed. I called JMS, and within two hours, Jason was at my home and had the generator back up and running. We had numerous repairs and overdue upgrades to complete in a 100+ year old home including everything from cosmetic upgrades to installation of a vintage chandelier. He was at our house for a full day and handled everything with professionalism and skill. From the start, he provided a detailed estimate for our review, returned calls and texts and kept us up-to-date with his schedule availability. He managed to get to us very quickly which was greatly appreciated! With the holidays coming up, it is so nice to get all those repairs finished and out of the way!!
