We had a situation with a clogged dryer vent in our new home. Luckily we called JMS! They heard our concerns and sent a crew to our home that same day! They took their time, were able to clear the vent and made sure that dryer was venting properly. The crew that came out was respectful, knowledgeable, and really wanted to help. This wasn’t easy because the vent is on the 2nd story of our townhome. Not only that but the placed corner cones on every corner and piece of furniture so that their equipment would not damage anything. We highly recommend JMS for all of their services, this company knows how to work and the meaning of great customer service!

We admittedly have neglected our floors/vents for way too long by not having them professionally cleaned, but after having JMS here this morning, I am so sorry I waited so long! The whole experience was better and easier than I had imagined, and the results are more than I could have hoped for with the age of our flooring! We had our carpets and tile/grout cleaned but also had all of our air vents cleaned while they were here! I couldn’t believe we were able to take care of all of that in one day with such amazing results! I am sometimes tempted to use bigger name companies just because of their name recognition, but this is a small business that outworks and has higher quality than the big name guys! Thank you so much for giving our home such a much needed refresh!

Highly recommend JMS Carpet Cleaning Services! The two servicemen were very nice, professional, and personable. They did an excellent job and took great care in their work. The carpets look fantastic, and the whole experience was easy and pleasant from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend JMS to anyone in need of carpet cleaning.

What a terrible experience! I do not understand hiow they are in business any more. We had all of our area rugs cleaned by them. One expensive carpet never returned! When asked we were told it burned in their warehouse house fire. We tried to reach the owner and he never returned our many calls. We never got back our 4,000$ carpet. No call, nothing! Do not use this company!

Admittedly, the job was rather simple: Scotchgard a new sofa (no pre-cleaning needed). The gentlemen were a little bit late on the first day, but they did call and warn me ahead of time so no major complaint there. Shaun and his coworker were in & out and communicative every step of the way. I appreciate the very quick and diligent work done. Thank you
