JMT Home Repair Handyman Service

We have been using him at two different homes that we have owned and also at my daughter’s home and he does great work at a fair price! We have used Miguel on painting projects, door locks/handle projects, wood soffit repairs, plumbing fixtures , door repairs, sheet rocking projects and minor roof issues. All completed with quality workmanship and honest pricing! A Jack of all trades. Good and reliable handyman companies are hard to find. Once you use Miguel you’ll call back up for all the pesky issues around your home!

PROPERTY MANAGERS BEWARE!! Called this company for a quote, He told us his service fee is $45. and we scheduled an appointment for same day. When we called to follow up to see if he was on his way, he advised that he was still 45 minutes away and he was thinking about it and decided he wanted to increase his service fee after the fact to $70 because "it didn't make sense for his business to drive there otherwise" Shouldn't have taken the appointment to begin with. Do not waste your time here. Inconsistent pricing, poor communication. Had we not called to follow up on his location, he probably would have just ghosted the appointment.

Miguel did a great job with our door repair. He was responsive from the very beginning and showed up on time. He communicated what was needed for the job and the time it would take. The job was done quickly and with high quality. He was very polite and respectful of our home and left the area clean when he was done. We are happy with the work he did and look forward to having him back soon for the next project. We will absolutely be having him back for future projects as well. Reliable and trustworthy repair professionals can be hard to come by and we are very happy to have found Miguel and JMT Home Repair!

I needed some pictures hung and Miguel did an awesome job. We also got him replace our door leading to the garage. He was on time, efficient and honest. He gave fair pricing and is an all around nice guy. We will be using him for further services.

I had a leaning fence that he corrected. He didn’t try to take advantage of me and was completely honest. He was amazing. He squeezed me in, and was prompt. And the finished results were great. The I will definitely use him again for any projects I have.
