Jock Pest Control

I came home to find a $108 bill wedged in my front door from Jock Pest Control. I called and tried to explain to the woman that answered that there must have been a mistake because I never called and requested their service. Jeff then cut into the conversation and said, "You didn't want us to spray for bees?" I told him no (since I don't have a bee problem) to which he responded, "Throw away the bill and I'll just charge you double next time". And then, being the "professional" that he is, hung up on me. No need to worry about a next time.

Paid $100 for bee removal in one location on roof. They have been gone for one week and are now worse and are in four locations on my roof. When i called to ask what can be done since my son and are allergic and i have paid $200 and the bees just keep getting worse. He got all defensive and hung up me. Very rude and unprofessional

Awful company. Did one treatment for us, were supposed to come back for 2 more follow-up treatments but never did. I've called multiple times and left voicemails to no avail. They did a terrible job when they did come the first time and were also very unprofessional (example - espousing political nonsense which was particularly frustrating because the guy's politics are abysmal). Choose somebody else, do yourself a favor.

Jock pest is great. These guys are professional and come quickly I have used them quite a bit
