Joe Cool installed a new HVAC for us a month ago, and we are very satisfied with the service. Getting the quote was easy - we were given six different options, and the process felt informative and low-pressure. Installation day was smooth: the team arrived right on time, was respectful of the property, and friendly. Afterward, Joe Cool handled the permitting, rebate, and paperwork, making everything simple and hassle-free. We’ve also used Joe Cool in the past to replace a broken fan motor on a 40+ year-old unit. They were able to fix it the same day at a very reasonable price, which gave us confidence to call them again. The new unit is working great, and we’ve already recommended Joe Cool to others!

We needed to have both HVAC systems (house and apartment) replaced in their entirety. This project included replacing a heat pump package unit with a dual-fuel split system, upsizing the apartment system from 1 ½ tons to 2 tons, relocating both outside units and removal and replacement of all ductwork, registers and return air filter frames, etc. I actually met with eleven HVAC contractors and received nine proposals. Of the nine, some were just too expensive; some were offering lower tier equipment and a few were unresponsive after the initial quote. Matt ,Nate and Their team installed a new system for me .They were very knowledgable , pleasant and kind . Work was done in four hours . They left everything clean and nice.
