Joe Cools A/C & Heating

Had an issue with my thermostat/ HVAC system. Called them up, and they were out within 2 hours. Fixed within 3. I was given a window of 1-3pm. For the tech to come out and the tech, Oscar, was there at like 1:15. Oscar was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Answered any questions I had and actually offered me some pretty good suggestions for things I would need to do moving forward. Would highly recommend!

Joe Cools replaced my mother in law's entire AC system. Oscar came promptly and gave her an estimate immediately. The system was installed the next day. The two men that installed the unit (Ivan and Tomas) were on time, professional and worked diligently, finishing the job by 4pm. Ivan even replaced the air filter in the home to start fresh with the new unit. An unexpected service they offered was a portable air conditioner to keep my mother in law comfortable until the new unit was installed. Excellent customer experience. We only use Joe’s Cooling, and while I’m sure all the techs are great, we always request Oscar. He is polite, knowledgeable, and professional every time. He explains things clearly, and does quality work. Highly recommend.

Oscar diagnosed the issue quickly, had the needed part with him, and it was installed in minutes! He was prompt and courteous and even offered us a savings by getting on a maintenance plan which we were wanting anyway. Great service!

My unit had frozen switched to fan to thaw. Called around Seguin and SA for service. Scheduled one for Monday morning but cancelled by afternoon, called another for 11am-noon on Tuesday but he broke down n cancelled. Last one that morning called me back late to scheduled but by then I had found Joe Cool as I was driving. They scheduled me in immediately and a tech came out within hours and serviced my ac.
