Worst experience we’ve had with anything for our home in 18 years: the floor installation from here! They never leveled the floor, assuring us it wasn’t needed. The engineered wood floor makes loud popping sounds, and you feel yourself sink as you step on the floor where there are low spots below it. Never again.

The service I received was superb, from helping me to choose a vinyl plank flooring to go with my Southwestern design all the way up to six weeks later installation. The two men that installed it were fantastic and they completed the work in 2 1/half days. I had a substantial area, as in great room, including living room, dining room, kitchen, coat closet, linen closet, utility closet, pantry powder room, and laundry area. I highly recommend Carpets and Rugs Int’l for any floor covering that you may need.

Joe's been covering our floors for the past 30+ years and two homes. He has a huge selection (two floors!) to choose from. We've had wall to wall, laminate hardwood, and oriental rugs on our floors. He only deals in quality, and is super knowledgeable about all things flooring.His employees have been with him for decades and they know their stuff. Everyone we've ever dealt with has been friendly and professional. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

We had wood floors installed and the service and install was excellent! Extremely knowledgeable staff, terrific products, and very professional installers. I would highly recommend this place for all your flooring needs. (Much better than going to a big box store, personalized attention to every detail, you will not be disappointed).
