Turns out the flexible plastic water supply line cracked and burst during the freeze we recently had. Water was pooling on the patio, seeping toward the house foundation, and the ice maker was non-stop filling/flooding mode. I contacted Joe Rushing Plumbing. They were able to come out promptly.
