Highly recommend Joe Taylor Restoration. My Project Leader, Jerome Bauer, was fantastic. He came out the same day I called and did an inspection. When he came back to start the work & more issues were discovered Jerome quickly switched the plan. He kept me informed every step of the way. He kept the work area clean. I really appreciated his professionalism and advice during the process.

Considering how awful water damage is emotionally it is a process to get through ; as a new home owner it was very helpful having Rob come out assess and start the process. He was efficient, friendly, compassionate and thorough with all my questions and concerns. The level of kindness offered was so genuine. The machines provided the best quality as the initial location of water damage was in other areas Rob found moisture in areas such as the bathroom which I didn’t imagine holding damage from the incident.
