Had a garage heater installed and every contact I had with this company and its people was top notch. I easily got an estimate from them from a quick phone call and they even sent someone out a week ahead of time to scope things out to make the actual installation go that much better. Once they arrived it only took them 2 hours start to finish and everything is working great!

Can't say enough good things about Dustin and the entire team at J Smith HVAC!! After a national 1 hour arrival unit came out (AC went out and J Smith was booked) and didn't really fix anything and wanted $2000 for leak test. J Smith CALLED ME today and said they had an opening. Dustin showed up 15 minutes later, not only did things the national said they couldn't and wouldn't, he cleaned the unit off, went back to get a supply he thought would help and came back to administer. Walked me through realistic option for an AC that is 16 years old, and I was delighted to pay him $600. For ANY services and when I DO replace. It will be with J Smith! I knew from reviews I'd want to work with them, and had to call someone when they were full. But the 5 stars are legit! Ali and Dustin were amazing

My husband and I recently purchased a home with no working A/C and a pretty old furnace. We got quotes from a few different companies and Joel came in with one of the lowest quotes, but still providing us with quality products. From setting up the initial quote to the day of install and past, all employees were knowledge and helpful. As first time homeowners we definitely felt like we understood the work being done, and everyone was great with answering all our questions/concerns.

Have worked wit them for 5 years now. This family business is excellent and bases their success upon honesty, integrity and a great customer experience. Had an issue with my system late Tuesday afternoon. They returned my call that evening and came out the next morning to repair. All successfully accomplished AND they let me know the part replaced had 1 month left on the warranty. Integrity at it's finest.

Needed a new HVAC system. They were able to get out for a quote rather fast. We ultimately decided to stick with them for our purchase and instal. We had nothing but a 5 star experience. Very nice and professional the entire time. Friendly and willing to answer all of our questions. Got scheduled pretty quick for the install and they did a fantastic job. Everything looks great, they cleaned up phenomenally well, and the system functions great. We’ve gotten to test heating and cooling and we are very happy with the system that was recommended to us. While good work isn’t cheap and cheap work isn’t good, price wise we felt they were honest, competitive, and very fair. Worth every penny and if you are considering using Joel Smith for your HVAC needs, you can trust they’ll do quality work
