Very thankful for Jasmine’s help. She came out to my home and we worked together on my cabinet design. Two weeks later the crew came out to install. I am in love with the storage space I gained. Very professional crew. Highly recommended!

Hired Joe’s Custom Closets to install a new closet system. Jasmine, Larry and Oscar were terrific- professional, hard working, and friendly. The closet looks amazing and I am very happy with the finished product. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a new closet.

I reached out for a quote, and Jasmine assured me she would send one the same night after taking measurements but she never did. I followed up the next day but no response, after a few days she finally responded saying she was sick but would send the quote that same day but once again never did, and now my messages are being completely ignored. This is very unprofessional and frustrating because she wasted my time. Clearly, they don’t care for my business, and after this experience, I wouldn’t give it to them anyway. Save yourself the frustration and go with a company that actually values its customers!

Joe did work for a brand new high end custom home for us, Joe was extremely helpful and supportive during entire project that lasted for about a year. Quality of work was excellent, very timely and supported other treads as well. A company I would deal with again and again for my closet needs

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PPL. They half installed the worst material ever. They won't remove the closets and give us our $17K deposit back. After several months after half installed cabinets Jasmine came and agreed it was horrible work the company did but won't redo it per plan per design and the right way - she kept stalling and eventually didn't respond until we filed with CSLB. The guys would come a few hours a day and then not return for weeks. One of the sharp parts they left exposed gashed my son's arm open. Another closet fell down in entirety too. These people are not custom and will take your money and run. We are seeking legal matters and it is against CSLB to take a 50% deposit and provide this level of horrible craftsmanship.
