Best person and locksmith Ever. I had an issue on my HHR and called around, 1 never called me back, the other said they'd come over and then no showed, Then I Called Joe - what a difference when you care about your business. Joe was up front, he said he was busy but scheduled my Mobile appointment. He sent me a text to confirm the appointment and sent me one the following day so I knew he was on his way. A soon as he arrived he went to work diagnosing the issue. Honestly, I was shocked, he even called me over to show me the diag results and tests. He demonstrated that he was trust worthy and knew his profession - that was greatly appreciated. Someone attempted to steal my vehicle and locked up the ignition. I called around and Joe’s beat every quote I got by at least $35. He arrived about 20 minutes after I requested service on a Sunday. Got right to work and was finished in about 30 minutes or less. Very professional the whole time. I couldn’t recommend this company enough to anyone who needs the same type of service or any other service they offer.

Joe is so great and he made my day. I had my truck key ignition not turning since late yesterday and today I was making numerous phone calls and finally I get to call Joe. But as soon as I hear him explaining to me what he will do and I felt so comfortable and I told him to come. When he came he was able to try the first step and he succeeded and I was so so very happy. I could not believe it. And plus he helped to get my driver side door opens. He is the best and he is so great and very sincere. Sincere is what I felt when I was talking to him on the phone and that made me choose him. And I will continue to use him in the future and tell my friends about him.

I got locked out my apartment right before heading to work so I called Joe’s Lock and Key and he immediately told me to text him my address and he dispatched immediately!
