Joe's Well & Pump Inc

Roughly 6 months ago, joe came to trouble shoot my well in custer park, I had a major capacity problem, and was always running out of water, and other well companies had tried to sell me a new well altogether for tens of thousands of dollars I didn't have, so i put it off for years, I finally got sick of dealing with it and found joe, he came out and checked over things and recommended we do a acid treatment, so thats what we did, I knew my well pump was pretty old, so I was expecting to replace that as well, and told Joe as much, and I even left a check for the replacement pump if needed, Joe did the honest thing and held off on the pump to see how the acid treatment worked out, so we don't blow money if we don't need to.. luckily the acid treatment has worked out awesome! My pump burst on Monday, 3/31/25. And we had fixed it before, piece of cake we thought no problem we got this. Well we didn't, so called Joe's well and they were out Wednesday afternoon and fixed the pump, greet a had water but needed to replace the pressure tank. Yet again we thought we fixed that on our own we got this. NOT, called Joe's well & pump, and he said I'll try and get to me on Sunday. (Today of all days). Well I I'm happy he came those 2 days. As I finally have water. Overall great guy, great service fixed our doit ourselves issue, and I will call him to fix my well every time.

I cannot say enough about this company. Jim was HIGHLY knowledgable, friendly, curteous, reasonably priced and very tidy. He even fit us in a day early when he had a cancellation, which was GREATLY appreciated since we had no water. He was nothing but respectful and pleasant. He completed his work in a short period of time and educated us on maintenance of the equipment for optimal useful life. Disregard the lunatic who wrote the one bad review. Dont think twice about using Joes Well and Pump...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jim and Jeff came out to our house, on time, this morning. They flushed out my well and installed a new stainless steel pump. They also replaced my holding tank with all new plumbing, guages and switches. I was very impressed with their work and knowledge of the repairs. They were very polite and even removed their boots when they entered the house. I can't speak highly enough of them. Even the lady in the office was a sweet as can be. Awesome job guys! I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services. Even my neighbor was impressed and took a business card from them. Parts have a 5 year warranty and 1 year on labor. Keep up the great work guys! Give them a call!

This company was recommended to me by a neighbor and I can't say enough good things about them. Never having a well before, I was clueless and worried it was going to cost a fortune. Jim took the time to explain everything to me and give me all of my options. He even came out on a Sunday to do the repairs and was very fair with pricing.
