Joe’s Window Cleaning has cleaned my Pacific Grove condo building’s windows for years. They always do a great job. The staff is friendly and professional. I noticed that the reviewer xyz xyz below is an owner in our condo building and he gave Joe’s a 1 star review. He complains that Joe’s employees took too long to start work and took too long of a work break and he complains that only 4 people showed up in the crew this year rather than the 6 people that were here last year. He also complains that the price Joe charges is exorbitant. First of all, our HOA is not being charged hourly for services rendered. I have used Joes window cleaning in the past. Excellent service and staff..Last year his son took over. He was late to 2 different appointments and then I just cancelled. He forgot about a friend of mine who had an appointment. My original price was $325. This year he just about doubled it. I do understand a price increase but almost doubled after one year is ridiculous. Very disappointed in how his son is handling the business. Not only have I cancelled, 3 other friends cancelled due to his high pricing jump.

Joe's Window Cleaning from Aptos, California cleaned the windows of our condominium complex but set off some red flags which need to be addressed by the owner, Joe, with his employees: DON'T RECOMMEND JOE'S WINDOW CLEANING FROM APTOS, CALIFORNIA FOR YOUR WINDOW WASHING! Only 4 employees showed up after 9:00 a.m. but stayed in their vehicles and didn't start washing windows until after 10:30 a.m. [That is 1 1/2 hours of wasted and paid time in which the homeowners had to wait additional time for their windows to be washed.] 2. A four man crew left the windows of our two-story home sparkling clean, and were in and out in 3 hours. The fellows were courteous, amiable and professional. They were protective of our home & possessions indoors and out. Their equipment was able to reach our most difficult to access windows. Both my wife and I are very happy with the quality of the work provided by Joe's Window Washing having used them three times, and been pleased every time.

Saw Joe's work on another job. He and his crew showed up on time and cleaned my windows (inside and out), my screens and the window tracks. I live in a three story town home. The price was reasonable and his people were tidy. I will be recommending them to my neighbors and using his company again. I was not compensated or asked to write this review. Have used him and his service many times now, still as great as the first time.
