BEWARE! The owner is rude, pushy, and very unprofessional. We had topsoil delivered by a company we trusted and had been utilizing regularly. Scope of work to be completed by Joey K was installation of drainage tile, grading yard with provided soil, and seeding (we requested and paid for kentucky bluegrass). Well our lawn now looks worse than it did before we hired this company. The drainage tile hardly got burried, and there is more weeds than grass!..this definitely isn't Kentucky Bluegrass. Not once did they ever use any kind of laser or level. There are low spots and bare patches everywhere. Please don't be fooled by the good reviews..they are undoubtedly from family members and employees of Joey K. When my husband tried talking to the owner about resolution of these issues, he respond

Had a great experience with this company! My lawn mower is in repair, and my yard was out of control…high/dense patches of grass. They used a larger mower to cut down the jungle, and saved my yard.
