I was referred to them from a family member and since the day of the initial meeting and conversation with the technician Justin who came out to see my problem was all very well taken care of. The entire process was easy, not being pushed to buy and yet the customer service and to the beginning and to the finishing of the Install was very quick and efficient. Only took 1 day for evaluation, and the next day the installation got going quick. The finance application went smooth too but the service and vet professional company is what I love about this company. My first call would AGAIN be to John Burger (though now I've moved). Staff was friendly, on time, efficient -- plus took time to explain instructions, left instructions, and did not leave me hanging. That's customer service!!

I initially contacted a different HVAC business that used to be in Yuba City but are no longer located here. Good guy's never called me back after I contacted them three separate times.
