After having dealt with various Long Beach area plumbers for decades, and getting price gouged, it's a breath of fresh air to find this office/plumber. Nicole is a fantastic office manger and human being, kind and considerate. Joe is a great plumber who does clean work and installations. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy.
Mauricio was great, worked clean, diagnosed the problem with our clogged bathroom sink and told us all the options available for repairs. I would recommend him specifically to other customers.
Had a blockage and a leak in a sanitary pipe behind a basement wall. Not the easiest of locations but Mauricio resolved the problems. Great work and they also did an amazing job of cleaning up afterwards. Definitely recommend.
Job well done! My house and basic plumbing are old, and Joe gives a good explanation of his work, and what to watch out for in the future. He was thorough and efficient. Problem fixed.
