The tech and assistant showed up to my house project early, ready to start, and most importantly with tool bag 🎒 🔧 🔨 🗜. The techs were professional, helpful, and finished the work on time ⏲️ without error. Before departing they cleaned their mess and showed us what to do next. I had a number of questions about rewiring a switch box to put six lights on two separate switches, and putting in higher amp breakers for outlets with heaters and for charging the golf cart. Your electrician explained that the wires (14-2) couldn’t carry the higher amperage and the lights could not be separated in the switch box. He recommended a more experienced electrician come up to give free estimates for wiring these projects. Shepherd was Very polite and professional and spent 50 minutes answering my questions. Charged $145 for time spent with his assistant, which included testing the wires in the switch and taking the cover off the breaker panel, but unable to do any of the work I called an electrician to do.
