I do not the know the name of the technician. I assume it's John by himself. He was unfriendly and was absolutely non courteous to work with as he did not introduce or even gave a base guidelines., but he did a good job of covering the small gap that my garage door had and I got the job done asap on the same day. I did not approve the second job for the estimate due to the non courtesy or unfriendly approach. He was really in bad mood or so., there were few annoying customer non-friendly conversations of safety and said he did not care even though it was on my property. I was uncomfortable to do business for the second time and did not approve the second estimate. I looked elsewhere.
