John Griffiths H.F. Is highly recommended. We have Cumaru/Brazilian Teak floors that were damaged by a water leak. Jeff went out of his way to get replacement boards that match exactly, and a year after the initial work Griffiths did touch-up work no questions asked. We are pleased with the high quality of work done, as well as with everyone with whom we have dealt. Thanks.

John Griffith has been an inspiration. First, they install beautiful, high quality work. Then, they follow up to make sure all is well. Our cherry floor at the office gets walked on, rolled over, asana’d by hundreds of people every week. When it was damaged, they were prompt to be there to repair it. They have taught us how to best maintain it. Each year, they arrive for a deep cleaning and apply a fresh finish to protect it and keep it gleaming. Bonus, they do great phone, too. Prompt. Knowledgeable. Experts.

John Griffith's Hardwood Flooring refinished some of the floors in my house. I understand that creating seamless transitions may be difficult, but please see the photos I've uploaded and decide if this result is acceptable to you . When I called to say that I felt the work needed revision, the owner was upset and told me the following: 1. "We did 2 out of 3 transitions well" and 2. "This is why I hate dealing with home owners". I was COMPLETELY surprised. I'm just saying: Buyer Beware

TC and the rest of the crew who refinished my kitchen floor were absolutely fabulous. Tidy and efficient...and my floor is now beautiful. I live in a historic home and they did a great job of matching the color with the other floors abutting it. They did such a nice job, I am now looking forward to re-finishing other floors in the house. I have no complaints at all and highly recommend them if you need your floors re-finished.

The crew at Griffith Flooring did an excellent job! My husband and I have worked with several flooring companies over the years and this crew was top notch! The wood is beautiful and the workmanship skilled. They came on time, called ahead and responded if I called with questions. Dave, was an exceptional project manager and he even pitched in to do the final touch ups. He really knows his wood and finishes, he was personable, he listened and understood what we wanted.
