I contacted John Hobby Jr. Plumbing & Heating LTD. regarding a pressure issue with my well water plumbing system. Scheduling the appointment was quick and effortless over the phone. John and his teammate arrived promptly and conducted themselves with professionalism from start to finish. They diagnosed and resolved the issue within an hour—efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout. I believed the service cost was reasonable. Highly recommend their services!

I had two repairs I needed on shower fixture and washing machine hoses. Both mattters were handled expertly. We have used them several times over the years. I highly recommend using them

Would give 0 stars if we could.. up charged my grandmother 50% and didn’t even properly fix our tank. Needed to call another plumber. John himself made fun of my grandmothers middle eastern accent.. racism has no place in our community!

Beware of John Hobby's scheduling policy. The hourly rate begins when the plumbers leave the previous job. In my case it took a good fifteen minutes ($55) for them to arrive. The scheduler told me that my arrival window was between 1- 4 PM, So when I returned home at 12:40, I was surprised to see the plumbers already at my door. In actuality I only had them for about 35 minutes for the $220 hour. I had three fairly simple jobs to do (clear a drain and replace two toilet fill valves), but they could only get to two of the jobs within the hour. I give them 5 stars for the quality of the work, but zero stars for their scheduling policy.

As a new customer, I was blown away by the quick response to set up the appointment (same day within hours). The professionalism of the gentlemen who came out was superior. They explained everything they were doing as well as making sensible recommendations for additional work that should be done. I would heartily recommend this company.
