John Joseph did an excellent job with Construction and installation of the pool and hot tub. The attached picture is the end result and everything came out great. John Joseph works with you to create your custom design pool, and I was very happy with the pricing for the pool and spa. While, there are many different people that work on the pool project from start to finish, you can always call the office and they will work with you if there are any issues or if you need something explained to you. They were very accommodating to me, I happen to be dealing with a house construction, which was delaying the pool being able to be finished, which had nothing to do with John Joseph, but they were very accommodating to work with me during the situation. I cannot express enough how impressed, satisfied, and happy I am throughout my entire Process with John Joseph Pools. I am a real customer, not a paid actor. I really like how the owner himself comes to your house, and in detail explains what would work best in your yard, and could answer every question. He gave me an estimate on the spot, and there were no manipulative games with the pricing. The lovely people in the office in particular Cara, and Maria were so helpful. They expedited my permit process, scheduled my pse&g hot stick clearance, and in a matter of a few days I had the permit in my hands. They helped me and answered every question through out the process. Excavation was done in one day. In no time the concrete forms were up and the cement trucks came and poured the 10” monol

For the past 4 years I’ve used John Joseph pools to replace my liner, open/close my pool, weekly maintenance and various repair issues with my filter system. Periodically I bring my water to the store to be tested. They never try to sell me on chemicals I don’t need. I like that they have different departments that specialize in each area. The office staff is always friendly and efficient with any requests/ issues that I have. They are reliable, efficient and fair with their pricing. I’ve had my pool for 23 years and have used other companies who I found to be unreliable and were not able to maintain my pool properly. I can finally just relax and enjoy my pool. Highly recommend!

This is my first review that I ever wrote for anybody, but it has been long coming. I had my pool done by Joseph custom pools 12 years ago and to see if the experience wasn’t an absolute pleasure is an understatement. The care and workmanship thar went into the pool, and all the masonry was outstanding. I am a general contractor and have seen many pool and paving jobs, but all the people involved with building the pool and Nestor who did all the paving work was absolute perfection. Not to mention Kara and the ladies that work the office who as we all know without a great staff in the office nothing goes smoothly. I have had many fealings over the years with them with questions or pool supplies, scheduling my pool, openings and closings, and I have never seen a business run so smoothly. The
