Called klein based on recommendation from another plumber. The sewer line clog was in a difficult spot to reach because of our clean out locations but Noah stayed until the job was done and ultimately got us flowing again with minimal extra digging and it was appreciated.

Greatful that the plumbing backup is good now. The only issue I have is there was no heads up about the high pressure air used to unclog the pipe. Came home to a bathroom covered in sewage. Could've prevented alot of this by at least putting the lid down on the toilet and maybe a bucket over the drain in the bathtub.

John Kline's workers did an amazing job with our complex sewer system. They figured out how to get the difficult job done for the least expense possible. They were polite, diligent, punctual, and conscientious. It was their highest priority to do a great job from beginning to the completion of the task.

Dragged their hose through my flower bed - a maneuver that required them to take the least-direct route to the location of service. I asked whether they'd do that to their mother's flower bed: "No." Two stars for the "no."

I am pleased with the quality of service, John Kline showed up late on a Friday when I thought all hope was lost for a quick resolution. There team member may have been on of the nicest people I've met in awhile! Thank you so much. You have my thanks and gratitude! I will be using your service exclusively moving forward!
