I reached out to Mr. Payne the morning after our hot water heater gave up & flooded our basement. His voicemail said I could leave a message & text him if needed. He promptly responded with a time when we could speak more about my issue & when he was available to come by & assess the situation, which was later that SAME DAY!! He explained his recommendation, pricing on materials, (including hauling off the old water heater), & when he was available to complete the job: THE VERY NEXT DAY!! John Payne is friendly, thorough, a diligent worker, & an expert at what he does. He was polite & professional, & worked rigorously to finish the replacement. I've since spoken to other families who have used him; we all agree that he consistently does quality work for the best price! We highly recommend

John came out to my house to install plumbing for a basement kitchen and bathroom renovation. The turnaround was much faster than expected and I couldn't have been happier with the end product.
