Gary at John the butler carpet cleaning services cleaned my friend's carpet she paid him what he asked. When it dried she called him back because it did not look good and it had stains. She was not happy.He didn't try to make it right. all he did was talk about how expensive his equipment was. I would not refer .

John the Butler does amazing carpet and upholstery cleaning. He is very kind, friendly, and honest with reasonable pricing. I had multiple carpets, a couch, and my loveseats done all came out beautifully! Highly recommend and will use his services again in the future when needed.

My carpet is so clean!! I am very happy with the professional and friendly service I got. They did a wonderful job (even super treating the spots the litter of foster puppies left behind). I didn't want to go with some big impersonal company that just hires anyone off the street. I wanted a local company with local people that I know would do a good job. John the Butler did an excellent job with my carpets, sofa and chairs. They are priced very fairly and competitively but have the advantage of being local. I will use them again and again. (we still have pets and I still have carpet.....)
