I have had multiple contractor experiences (not limited to kitchens) and he is the best person I have worked with by far. He has many distinct but complementary strengths. I hired John and his stellar crew of subcontractors to demo then renovate my kitchen. It took a while from our 1st meeting til the work actually get scheduled and started (due in fact to demand for John’s services and his “only one kitchen at a time” philosophy), but once it began John was at my house every single day (often including Saturdays) moving the project along with skill, intensity, pride, and strong attention to detail. From hard experience, my wife and I were sensitive to being neglected by prior contractors we’d hired, but that never happened on this job at all.
