I called Johnny On The Spot Cleaning after searching for carpet cleaning near me and was greeted by a very friendly, courteous team. Most affordable by far. I live in the lincoln park neighborhood. Pedro was awesome- Michael, the owner, was great too. Pedro was so polite and helpful- explained the whole process to me. We have a 200 pound all marble and brass coffee table which had to be carefully lifted to remove and put back the rug/ to our astonishment, Pedro did the heavy lifting and didn’t leave until the rug was back in the correct spot and was without any wrinkles. He didn’t want anything out of place. The results were great – the carpet looks fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend them as the best carpet cleaners in the area.

Micheal is the owner of JOHNNY ON THE SPOT CLEANER and he's really great. He'll do everything he can to truly help you out. I had to have my sofa and carpets cleaned and even though I called Micheal last minute, he was able to work it out. Initially one of the techs (Pedro) was scheduled downtown Chicago. Micheal, sensing my desparation, was kind enough to move the schedule around, so that Pedro could drive all the way up to Northbrook and take care of my cleaning requests.
