My sister bought a dryer from them , yes used but spending $200 on a one person income with it not working from day one. After many calls they finally told her it would be $110 for a service and if it's the button it would $50 or $400 for the mother board. They have been nothing but horrible to her and gave her the run around. She has been a good long time customer but after this never again.

The folks at Johns appliance have been good to me and my family over the years. Good work ethic and very knowledgeable. They help us with our yearly furnace checkup and recently helped us get a new dishwasher installed. Im very happy with the service ive received and plan to continue to call on them for future home appliance related needs.

Do not waste your time. They came, spent 10 minutes looking at my fridge, to then told me that it needed to be replaced. Charged me $130.

Set up an appointment with this company two weeks earlier, to come out and look at my washer and dryer, gave them three dates that I would be available and the times were all in the afternoon. They were going to charge me $145 just to come out. I missed their phone call a couple minutes before 9am . they left a message when I called them back a few minutes before 10:30 AM I was informed that their service man had already left the area and I would have to reschedule. I asked the service man why he was not coming in the afternoon I got they needed to go to Nebraska city. So I asked I’m paying you $145 to come out so you’re telling me I have to wait till it’s convenient for you and not me, and basically I was told if I would’ve answered my phone. I bought and Amanda Washer and Dryer from them about a month ago. I am so pleased with the way they both work for my laundry needs. The two two gentlemen that delivered them, took the old ones out and installed my new machines were terrific. They made sure I understood how both worked before they left and left our place the way they found it, clean. I bought a Amana glass top stove from them 2 yrs ago and was very satisfied with their service then, and the repair work they have done for me in the past is superb, that's why I went to them for my washer and dryer.
