Called Johns appliance service to fix my dryer that was spinning but not getting hot. The man arrived the next day late and was here less than an hour and charged $165 to replace a thermostat. The dryer worked for one hour and then stopped drying again and I called him back to complain and he stated “I will have to charge another hundred dollars to come back out there”. I do not recommend this business.

I called this morning and within a couple hours they were here. Our refrigerator wouldn't pour water after changing filter. It was an easy fix. But he also did a couple other adjustments on it which he didn't have to do. Very nice and very professional. I'll use him again for any other appliance or our a/c. Thank you so much.

I called John to come out to check out a refrigerator to make sure it is running okay since I will be renting the house it sits in. He arrived, came in, spent about 10 minutes, told me there was a lot of animal hair underneath and that would be $100 (he had told me service call would be $89). He just had to squeeze an extra $10 out of me. He didn't check anything else and left. He's a fraud in my opinion. Don't use this guy.

John showed up when he said he would fixed the problem with the water dispenser,and adjusted the fridge door.💪😊if you need some help with your appliances give him a call.he fixed our problem.

John came to fix my washer and did a fantastic job. I will use his service for any future needs.
