(Pumping Service ) I received excellent service, right on schedule, and they quickly noticed that something seemed off. After they finished pumping, they discovered a missing piece and took care of it. I appreciate John and his assistant; they provided me with guidance on how to maintain everything, and I truly appreciate their honesty

Took advantage of us and had the audacity to say he would call the police when he told us the price after the work was done - like some sort of idiot thinks that the police would respond to a civil matter. Clearly doesn’t know the law at all. Wanted to charge us over $600 to pump the tank. Nothing else. Just pump the tank. Didn’t tell us that before they started the work….then got aggressive and 💯 unprofessional on the phone. Anthony. Total jerk. I should have read the reviews. Buyer beware.

My wife and I moved to Florida and had a new house built 2 years ago. We never had a septic system before. These people never explained to us what was required by the state. We got a visit from the Florida Health department saying we were required to have a maintaince contract. The system warranty was for 2 years. We were never offered a maintaince contract after the warranty ran out.The alarm system and air blower both are not working. When I called they told me they don't service these items. So not only do they install crap that is only good for 2 years but they don't have the ability to service it. When we had our house built the builder was the one that dealt with these crooks. I don't understand how they even have a 3.7 rating. They must of had a lot of family members writing revie

I have had two dealings with this company. Their honesty and professionalism is very impressive. You don’t always get that in this day and age. I will never use any other septic service.

Besides actually putting the pipe in, they ruined everything else and did a horrible job "cleaning up." They left over a bunch of trash, pipes and big roots and as you can see, it is not leveled out what so ever. They were hired to pump the tank then redo the septic system, look at the photos of what we got.... Very unprofessional and they never pumped the tank but said they did. We have 24/7 surveillance recording and they were never here to pump it and we watched how horrible and uncaring they were to the property and their "clean up"!!!!! 🔥DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND LEAVE YOU WITH A MESS TO CLEAN!🔥
