Had an absolutely delightful service call from David today! He fixed some issues that had been going on for a few years with such ease and grace! So professional and knowledgeable! Pleasant office manager as well! Cannot praise them enough!
Fantastic service! Between Cassie and Emma on the phone today and David our tech who came out within 30 minutes of calling to set an appointment their customer service was unmatched!! We have heat before the temps really drop and the snow comes! 10 out 10 recommend!!
We had John's come out and check our ac because it was running almost constantly. They told us what was wrong and gave us some options to repair it. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
We had furnace issues and they offered to look at it on a Sunday, but we said Monday was fine. They arrived on Monday morning and manually got the heat on and ordered parts and fixed it on Tuesday. Great people and service. John, Kassie and David were great to work with.
Great staff. Prompt, quality work. Will always have them do our work. Thanks!
