The technician made an honest diagnosis with the issue of our air conditioning unit. They were the most reasonable in the area for quality work. It was most sensible to have our unit replaced instead of wasting money patching the old unit. They did a great job changing out the unit!

They replaced my upstairs Hvac unit that was totally dead and had it done within about 24 hours. They were friendly, the air is working awesome and they did a great job! It wasn't as expensive as I expected either. Will use them again. Follow up a year later: I had a problem with the hvac they installed. It turned out to be a clog in the water drainage line. They fixed it for free and it was as good as new. I really appreciate companies that stand behind their work and products. These guys are awesome!

I just had my AC unit replaced. From my first experience with the office, Marshall coming out to access unit to the install was a great experience. Professional and very caring. Heather in the office is an amazing young Lady who showed care and immediate response when I called. The men who did the installation were very professional and did an outstanding job. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I always have excellent service from Johns Heating and Air. We have depended on them for many years and have never been disappointed. The men that service our units are always courteous and professional, and have known Kenny and his family since our children were in school together. I had an AC stop working on Friday evening and had a long, hot weekend. I called Monday late morning and someone was here in less than 2 hours. The unit had been installed when we built the house in 1989! They removed the broken unit while Mr Johns went to pick up a new unit and stayed until 8:30 that night to be sure our AC was cooling at 73 degrees. This kind of service is exceptional and greatly appreciated by my husband and me. Thank you for continuing to provide us with this excellent service.

I couldn't be happier with this company. I live in a different county (Brantley) and my AC stopped working and a tech made it out that same day that I called and he fixed it in minutes and didnt charge a huge fee or try to upsell me anything. They are fair and honest and thats hard to find. They even called a week later to make sure my AC was still working well. I will be using them from now on.
