Mike was great! Got back to me with a quote in 24 hours and a time when he could come downtown to mount my tv and hang a large mirror. After we talked about setting a time, Mike called me back and said if I was free he could come downtown right now. I was and he was at my house within an hour with everything he needed to do the job!
