Existing customer for 20+ years & have never had a negative thing to say. If anything, they always try to accommodate & fit you in during a service call or any issues. There's a major winter storm coming & i just called to see the status of when I'd be receiving an oil fill understanding how busy they'd be which is completely understandable. Today is Friday so they would be delivering on Sunday morning (just before the storm hits). An hour after I called on Friday, they were filling my tank. I appreciate that & then some. Six months ago, they installed a new heating unit & they did an outstanding timely organized installation. This goes a long way especially when you're worrying in bitter cold temperatures. I’ve been with John’s oil over 5 years and am very happy with the service. They send the nicest guys to complete the annual cleaning. They are always professional and give me a full update. The office staff has always been great. Patrick always makes sure I have plenty of oil on the coldest days and is so nice. Glad I chose this company.
