Based on reviews here I called John and we set up a day for him to pressure wash my driveway apron and a good deal of curb. He arrived and I immediately saw he was not a hobbyist. His trailer was neatly laid out with serious equipment. He did a beautiful job for a very fair price. I'm happy to recommend his service to anyone.

I have a single-family rental property in Clermont Florida but I live in Maryland. The HOA for the property informed us that it needed to be repainted. I researched a number of painters in the area and settled on John’s Painting primarily because he took the time to explain all the details of the services he would be providing; pressure washing the home, repairing stairstep cracks in the foundation, primer, painting, and of course cost which I found quite reasonable. It’s challenging being a remote owner and not being there to see what work was needed but I put my trust in John and that trust paid off many times over.
